Mr. Stunda has over 35 years of experience in real estate development.    He has developed numerous commercial and retail properties and is recognized nationally as an expert in mixed-use retail development.

Mr. Stunda has a vast array of experience in the real estate field. Mr. Stunda served as Vice President and Development Director for the Rouse Company in the early ‘70s and later was employed as Vice President of Cousins Properties in Georgia.  In the early ‘90s, he was employed by the Resolution Trust Company and directed the sale of $800M in mixed assets on behalf of the RTC.  Mr. Stunda was a management partner with Benton Properties; a Dallas, Texas based firm with projects in Maryland, Ohio and Idaho.

Mr. Stunda is a graduate of the University of  Baltimore School of Law and the University of Miami (Ohio).
