Carlos has over 40 years experience in the real estate and construction industry.

Mr. Rodriguez served as Executive Vice President of American Community Properties Trust (APO, AMEX) and President and Chief Operating Officer of the Puerto Rico operation.  During the ‘90s Mr. Rodriguez was Vice President of Project Development overseeing the design and construction of commercial office buildings and residential projects.

Mr. Rodriguez held various positions during the ‘70s and ‘80s that encompassed all phases of the residential and commercial construction including marketing, design-cost control, contract negotiations and project management.

Mr. Rodriguez served as a Topographical and Civil Engineer in Stuttgart, Germany with the U.S. Army.  Mr. Rodriguez holds a Real Estate Salesman License and speaks fluent Spanish.
