Thomas S. Condit

Mr. Condit has over 25 years experience in Commercial Real Estate Lending, Work-outs, Special Assets Management and Loan Sales.  Mr. Condit has worked and led teams in both the Homebuilder Finance and Commercial Real Estate Finance Lines of Business for commercial banks and has considerable experience in lending, work-out and administration of Acquisition, Development and Construction real estate credits.

Mr. Condit was the President and Chief Executive Office for National Cooperative Bank during the ‘80s and early ‘90s.  He is credited with turning around the once-ailing institution during his tenure.

Prior to National Cooperative Bank, Mr. Condit was President and Chief Executive Officer for D.C. National Bancorp in Washington, D.C.  Mr. Condit served as Executive Vice President and Regional Executive for the Bank of Virginia in the mid seventies.

Mr. Condit served in the United States Army during the mid 1960s.  Mr. Condit received his received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Stanford University.  He earned his juris doctorate from the National Law Center at George Washington University.

Mr. Condit has served on the following boards, Trust for Credit Unions, American Community Properties Trust, and Craver, Mathews, Smith & Co., Inc.
