Mr. Swartz has over 40 years experience in commercial banking. He has worked in various capacities over these 40 years.

Mr. Swartz was The Senior Vice President of lending at Maryland Bank & Trust Company, a community bank located in Lexington Park, Maryland. He joined the bank in 1994.

Prior to that he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of a small community bank in Maryland. He also served on the Board of Directors. Before that he was the Executive Vice President of a community bank in the Pittsburgh area where he also served on the Board of Directors.

Mr. Swartz received his Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh.
